Proverbs 22:17-29
30 saying for you, saying of counsel and knowledge.
1.To be honest and to speak the truth, so that you bring back truthful reports to those you serve.
2. Do not exploit(剝削) the poor
3. Do not make friends with a hot-tempered person
4. Do not be one who shakes hands in pledge or puts up security for debts.
5. Do not move an ancient boundary stone.
6. Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings.
It seems likely that in this section Proverbs makes creative use of material from abroad, in addition to material from Israel's own 'wise men'. The Egyptian Teaching of Amenemope is in 30 sections like these and the first ten are very alike.
The sayings in this section are more connected than in the previous one. They begin with 'things to avoid.
Why?
God is fair who watching each one doing and make compensation to them.
Kind to the poor, do not make friends with hot-tempered is benefit to us.
Don't make pledge with others which affect my security.
Do anything in my best will be gain from many.
Respect ancient boundary stone for they are property from beginning and their payment have made for us.
How?
Be honest and love to others not matter who he is and what his job doing. God is love.
