Different between David and Saul

1 Samuel 28:3-25
Samuel was dead, and all Israel are mourned for him and buried his own town of Ramah. Saul had expelled the mediums and spiritists from the land.
The Philistines assembled and came and set up camp at Shunem. Saul saw the Philistine army, he was afraid; terror filled his heart. Saul inquired of the Lord but the Lord did not answer him, then said to his attendants, “Find me a woman who is a medium, so I may go and inquire of her.”
Then Saul knew it was Samuel, and he bowed down and prostrated himself with his face to the ground.
Because you did not obey the Lord or carry out his fierce wrath against the Amalekites, the Lord has done this to you today. The Lord will deliver both Israel and you into the hands of the Philistines, and tomorrow you and your sons will be with me.
Saul can get no reply from God. In desperation, he does what has always been forbidden in Israel and seeks out a fortune-teller, though he had once driven them from his land. He sets out at night and in disguise on a dangerous journey, close to the enemy camp at Shunem, to consult the medium at Endor. However, he finds Samuel no more reassuring in death than he had been in life. Saul’s fate is sealed.
Why?
We confess that there are spirits in the world.
Saul had no other way to go and had not any idea to face the Philistine army. So he was afraid and did anything he can catch.
Saul was humble before he is a king, but the authority may make a man proud and arrogant. It is not the Lord leave Saul, but Saul has left the Lord.
Saul knew the Lord and God’s word, but he could not obey God’s word. He forbidden mediums but he asked mediums.
Saul did not pray to the Lord. Saul and David like Heliu and Jesus, God is the Lord, God is not a consultant.
The only way to Saul is to repent and give up his king position.
Saul struggled for his own, David is struggled for his family.
David has some faulty, but not always
