Give honor to the Lord

1 Chronicle 15:1-15
No one but the Levites may carry the ark of the Lord and to minister before him forever.
David called together the descendants of Aaron and the Levites: Kohath, Merari, Gershon, Elizaphn, Hebron, Uzziel.
The heads of the Levitical families, Zadok, Abiathar the priest, and Uriel, Asiah, Joel, Shemaiah, Eliel and Amminadab the Levites, were called to bring the ark of  the Lord on their shoulders, as Moses had commanded in accordance with the word of the Lord.
Why?
On the role of the priests and Levites, has no parallel.
After leaving it three months at Obed Edom's house, David brings the Ark to Jeruslem and installs it in the tent he has had made for God.
The original tent of God and altar remain at Gebeon.
The Chronicler details the role of the Levites in the ceremony, David and the Levites wear the special clothes required.
Levites was chosen to minister before the Lord, so the ministers and pastors are chosen one to serve the Lord. It is not everyone could be chosen for this mission.
How?
I obey the word of the Lord and his plan, do what I can do to honor his holy name, no matter in what position I am.
